The Merchant Suite for Adagio is a full featured EDI solution optimized for Adagio. Direct integration is achieved through the Softrack API via the order entry module and ensures that all the EDI order detail in an incoming purchase order or 850 is posted with a single mouse click to the Adagio database speeding up processing whiles reducing compliance risks. This results in data that can be used to process Purchase Orders, create EDI documents such as Invoices, ASN’s, 997’s (Functional Acknowledgement) and many others and print GS1 labels completing the order fulfillment cycle.
This all-in-one solution includes a built in communications module, support for the various communication methods, EDI translator, order processing module, ASN module, integrated Bar Coding module and support for unlimited number of trading partners.
Merchant can be configured to provide various warnings including notice of any inconsistencies related to the item set up, item price, product qualifiers, ship to and mark for information among others before the order detail is posted to Adagio helping you simplify otherwise complex business decisions.
