Software Architect, Supply Chain Management Solutions

March 31, 2017 - Currently, we are seeking a self-driven individual with a background in business analysis and software architecture to effectively map our customers ERPs and business processes with our supply chain management solutions that automate order fulfillment and order management processes. March 31, 2017 - The Technical Communications Specialist will develop, write, edit, and proof-read materials relating to our company’s current software and releases for internal use by our Technical Services and Sales teams and externally by our customers. These communications can include manuals, brochures, training for our technical services team, social media, web content and announcements, and other relevant communication tools. Where needed, the Technical Communications Specialist will create videos or multi-media communications to relate information in an easy to understand way for internal and external stakeholders.

March 31, 2017 - As a Technical Services Analyst, you will report to Manager of Technical Services. The primary role of the Technical Services Analyst is to support the Technical Services Team in responding to technical support calls and provide knowledge for training purposes.

Quality Assurance Tester

They will work primarily with the Development and QA teams to design and execute test cases, documenting results, product specifications and requirements. The candidate will also be responsible for the interdepartmental transfer of knowledge where applicable
