When Edisoft was founded 20 years ago we created a product that helped our customers move data between themselves and their customers. As e-commerce grew, so did the need for our EDI product Edisoft Merchant.


But Edisoft Merchant is kind of like electricity – everyone needs it but it doesn’t really drive profitability. So we applied our cross-functional expertise and created a product that is unlike any other on the market to automate our customers shipping and warehousing needs. The result was Edisoft’s QuikPak – the only product of its kind on the market that actually reduces our customers’ EDI transactional costs. That may or may not mean much to you now, but we promise that after a month of our in-depth onboarding training and shadowing with our knowledgeable staff, not only will you know what this means, you will be as excited to talk about QuikPak and the rest of our Supply Chain Management platform as we are.

We are looking for a top-notch Sales Manager with an entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for technology. After coming in and learning the business we want you to take the bull by the horns and start up a sales team in our downtown Toronto office.





  •  Advocate Edisoft’s suite of Supply Chain Management Software, mastering our value proposition and sharing it with a captive customer base of existing customers
  • Become a trusted advisor to our customers, knowing what is on the top of their minds regarding their supply chain automation needs and proposing Edisoft solutions 
  • Evangelize Edisoft’s products at Tradeshows by participating in energizing Tradeshows around the world
  • Build on relationships built at Tradeshows to understand their supply chain needs and share how our solutions can help solve some of their day to day challenges
  • You’ll be a champion of keeping track of your conversations and communications in CRM so that we can service our customers optimally and to ensure that your contributions are noted for commission payouts to you and our partners
  • Knowing that sales don’t just happen, you will apply a formal sales discipline when approaching conversations with customers and understand the value of the accompanying administration activities.
  • Once you have mastered the fore-mentioned tasks, you’ll be charged with hiring a team and mentoring them to accomplish these tasks and then manage that team
  • Other duties as needed to drive business objectives




  • Strong communication skills to communicate with internal and external stakeholders. Both written and oral communications
  • Passion, self-motivation and discipline to achieve your goals
  • Drive results and action at all levels of the organization




  • Business application knowledge of ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning)/Accounting systems, CRM (Client Resource Planning), Business Intelligence (BI), MRP (Materials Resource Planning), WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) preferred




  • Preferred educational backgrounds include: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, preferably related to computer science or marketing
