Edisoft Merchant Flex

Edisoft Merchant Flex is a full featured stand alone EDI solution optimized to process orders and create shipments using data it retrieves from an EDI file from a trading partner or from importing a flat file. This results in data that can be translated into an ASN (Advance Ship Notice) document completing the order fulfillment cycle. This all-in-one solution includes a built in communications module, support for the various communication methods, EDI translator, order processing module, ASN module, integrated Bar Coding module and support for unlimited number of trading partners.

The Merchant workflow is very simple, the basic workflow consists of the initial set up of your company, trading partners, inventory, communication methods and shipping logistics, then using this set up to process Purchase Orders, create EDI documents such as Invoices, ASN’s, 997’s(Functional Acknowledgement) and many others and print GS1 labels. It also allows for variations of this workflow if for any reason you have to edit a rejected EDI document or re-print labels you can go back, edit the document and resend with the new changes.

Merchant Flex also provides various warnings including notice of any inconsistencies related to the item set up, item price, product qualifiers, ship to and mark for information among others helping you simplify otherwise complex business decisions.
